It Started With a Divorced Dad's Dream.
I got into real estate initially in February 2017 to make some additional money — to be able to take my children on vacations as a divorced father and to pay my bills. It started as a means to an end.
Then I fell in love with real estate. What began as a side pursuit turned into a full-blown career. I expanded my business into Pennsylvania and Maryland, building experience across multiple markets and transaction types.
Before moving to Florida — once my kids were all grown and out of school — I obtained my Florida license and went full-time into real estate. It was the best decision I ever made.
Today, I combine 10 Years of Experience in real estate with a background in quality assurance and program management. That background gives me a sharp eye for detail, a methodical approach to contracts and negotiations, and a calm demeanor when the pressure is on.
